Pacific Northwest Fenton Association
Spring Glass Show
Each year, in May, the PNWFA sponsored a Glass, China and Pottery Show and Sale at the Washington County Fairplex in Hillsboro, Oregon. The show was an opportunity for collectors of all kinds of American-made glassware, china and pottery to add to their collections. Dealers came from a number of different states, often their only visit to the Pacific Northwest area.
Collectors and local organizations (such as the 4-H) provided displays, and the modest admission charge for the show and sale allowed the PNWFA to make an annual donation for both the Hillsboro and Forest Grove Libraries.
We are sad to announce that the 2011 Show is the last one. There will be no show in 2012 or subsequent years. PNWFA has attempted to turn the Show over to another promoter, but all efforts in this direction have failed. We thank our loyal Show customers for their past patronage.
